Winemaking Tasmania offers a full sparkling wine production service including:

• Tirage
• Riddling and Disgorging
• Labelling & packaging
• Base wines can be produced as well.

Tirage

We can tirage your base wines either at your winery or at ours. Our mobile bottling machine is equipped to crown seal both the standard premium sparkling bottle and the skittle sparkling bottle. If on site triaging is required please see our contract bottling information sheet for more details.

Riddling and Disgorging

With our automatic riddling machinery we are able to offer a quick and expert service for quantities as small as 40 cases. Our equipment will accommodate both the standard OI premium sparkling bottle and the OI skittle sparkling bottle. Other bottles including 375ml bottles could be accommodated with sufficient notice.

The disgorging process includes automatic neck freezing, automatic disgorging, liqueur addition and topping followed by semi-automatic corking and wiring.

Production capacity is around 180 cases per day.

Together with our clients we conduct a detailed tasting in order to determine the best liqueur addition and we then prepare the selected liqueur all at no additional charge.

Labelling & Packaging

We are able to wash cap, label and package most sparkling bottles and offer this service as required.
